The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds
